  • Our seasonal dwelling insurance is written on a 12-month basis
  • Insurance is written on a named peril, actual cash value basis and includes fire and extended coverage in all protection classes (fire, lightning, windstorm, hail/sleet and explosion)
  • Optional coverage for vandalism is available
  • All policies provide coverage for other structures
  • All policies include $10,000 for contents coverage for the named insured and deductible options of $500, $1,000, $2,000 and $3,000
  • We offer Premises Liability coverage of up to $500,000
  • Burglary coverage of $1,000 (seasonal only) is also available
